Monday to Friday
Depends on the project, my real life job can be very busy. But usually for the most part of a year, I can find 1 hour per day for mapping. And the working days are around 250 every year in my country, so that’s 250 hours, which is around 31 man-day or 1 man-month.
Weekend
I spend 0.5-1.5 days (8 hours per day) at the weekends for mapping when I am at home. Averagely that’s 1 day. So for a whole year which has 115 weekend days, that’s 115 man-day. But after removing the days I am out of home, the actual days are about 60, which is 2 man-month.
Yearly
3 man-month. That’s actually a lot for a hobby. But it used to be some man-days or man-weeks for a map 15-20 years ago, now it takes many man-months if you do everything yourself.
